Shipping & Returns
Because all jewelry is handmade to order, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Please allow for a 3-4 week window. An email will be sent out when it ships with tracking info.
If you are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service and take 5-7 business days to arrive after the order has been dispatched. In addition, if your order is in a rush we provide Express Service, which usually takes 2-3 business days after being dispatched.
- Flat Rate USD $10.00 for all orders
- Express Courier Service USD $12.00
Please note that all order placed before 1pm AEST time are processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will received an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details.
All orders based outside of Australia are also handled via Australia Post's Regular Service. Deliveries for International orders usually take between 10-15 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries). For orders using the Express Courier Service expect your parcel to arrive between 5-8 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries). All International Orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel. All order placed before 1pm AEST time are processed the next business day

- Flat Rate for all orders within South and Central America USD $35.00
- Express Courier Service USD $40.00 - $45.00 (Depending on your country)
All orders are fully traceable. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We highly recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order as we are not responsible past that point.
Some countries may be required to pay customs and import taxes. Customers ordering from abroad are 100% responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.
Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to ship to the following countries/regions:

During our busy periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch or sale, there may be some delays.
Deliveries are sent during normal business days Monday to Friday.
Purchases made on weekend and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
